Vitamine D3 speelt een hele grote rol voor het in standhouden van onze gezondheid. Het essentieel voor vele processen in het lichaam zoals, in het immuunsysteem, in het onderhouden van de botten en vele andere stofwisselingsprocessen (meer energie). Helaas hebben heel veel mensen een Vitamine D3 tekort door gebrek aan zon, het leven in een koud klimaat en andere redenen. Onderzoeken laten zien dat Vitamine D3 tekorten steeds vaker voorkomt en deze tekorten worden gelinkt aan vele aandoeningen.

Aanbevolen om vitamine D3 altijd te combineren met magnesium en vitamine K2

1 druppel 1000IE D3 en 25 ug K2Vitamine D draagt bij tot de opname van calcium uit de voeding en vitamine K helpt bij de opname van het calcium in de botten. Zo dragen ze samen bij aan de instandhouding van sterke botten.
